My Ethos

My aim is to support you in supporting your child with their sleep needs. I am very passionate about the fact that for us, as parents, to be able to look after our children, we must ensure we are also looking after ourselves. This means that when I support you through this journey, we consider what you are comfortable with and ensure that your sleep goals are at the focus of this journey.

You, as the parents

You have contacted me to support your family in resolving some sleep challenges. Your sleep goal is paramount to the journey. I will always ensure your goal is the focus of my plans in supporting your child's sleep.

There may be some suggestions that you may be apprehensive to try if it is new to you, that's okay. It is important that you communicate with me your preferences, worries/concerns.

We will work together to achieve your goal, but it is important that for us to achieve results, the plan is followed carefully and as set out. All methods have a high success rate if followed correctly. 

​

It is your responsibility, as the parents, to ensure the health and welfare of your child is paramount throughout the sleep journey.

Confidentiality 

All data I ask of you or have recorded through discussions will remain confidential and follow GDPR.

​

It is my professional duty to report any concerns I have in regards to the welfare or safety of the child(ren) and/or families I am working with, if I deem necessary.

How I work

Having worked with children all my career, I pride myself in being a very nurturing practitioner. I believe as adults we have to show clear boundaries to our children but also show empathy to how they are feeling and ensure they know their feelings are valid. 

​

It is important to understand that any change, comes with a sense of uncertainty and that children will most likely show this through crying. This is okay, this is to be expected. However, as a method of sleep training, I do not use the 'cry it out' method, as I believe children require us to understand and be there as their safe space, being able to provide them with either physical and/or verbal reassurance.

Terms & Conditions

Payment

Once you have invested in the sleep package that is suitable to you, payment in full is required before the initial consultation call is booked. Once payment is received you will receive a message within 24hours to book in your call.

Cancellations

Once payment is made, cancellations are not entitled to a refund. Your calls and plans are done on an individual basis and time is taken to ensure these are suited correctly to your child, family and sleep goals. 

​

Tailored plans

Your calls and plans are tailored to your child specifically. It is imperative your plans and any notes you take are not shared with others. A process takes place to ensure the approach is suited to your child and their sleep needs specifically

​

Additional Support

If you require additional support outside of the sleep package you have invested in, this can be purchased but must be used consecutively with the original plan.

The Journey

​

My methods are tried and tested but do require 100% commitment from you. There will never be 100% guarantee that the process will solve all sleep problems. If other issues are apparent that effect more than just the child's sleep, medical advice may be needed. I am not medically trained to advise in this instance and it is imperative you talk to a medical professional if needed.
